Another section of the museum I visited was the Illustration Awards. I was amazed by the talent that was displayed, especially the student awards. The drawings displayed, showed the most intricate detail, one that specifically caught my eye was the 'Roman column and concrete metal rod' made with pencil and charcoal on tracing paper by Minho Kwon. The guide lines seen give an element of architecture in the drawing and show how specific it was. The tone and lighting used make the object 3 dimensional and very realistic, I love the style and precision used for this piece.
